As an intern, you will assist and support the team in the following tasks:
Conduct desk and/or field research to support the strategic objectives defined by MME Product and Connected Car Services (CCS) department:
- Based on MME Product & CCS department needs, define the research scope and present the proposal incl. research question and hypothesis in the field of subscription services, mobile Apps, payment tools, data utilisation
- Define the methodology such as field/desk research, quantitative/qualitative etc.
- Carry out the research and document the findings
- Analyse the findings to reach a conclusion and recommend next steps to MME Product Managers
Support MME Product & Connectivity team in day-to-day operational tasks:
- Support the Product department in conducting market Value Analyses
- Support the Product manager in conducting researches/investigations related to product competitiveness and benchmarking
- Support the Connectivity team in the rollout of the Connectivity operations
- Support in analyzing various data related to, e.g., mobile applications, competitor positioning, market trends, and Connected Car analytics
- Support with checking various systems and documents correctness
Set up competitor test drive program:
- Support with renting/borrowing various competitor vehicles and complete the related internal administrative process
- Analyse the competitor USPs (unique selling points), document and present the findings to MME management
- Actively promote MME Product USPs within various stakeholder groups
