Advise and ensure that brand and visual identity guidelines are followed internally and by distributors within the New Car Sales and After Sales areas:
- Advise and ensure that MME on a company level comply with the brand and visual identity guidelines, as well as Distributors.
- Ensure that brand communication is localised and adjusted with sales/after sales and European requirements in consideration.
- Develop marketing communication material with brand and sales/after sales requirements supporting the European business.
Implement marketing communication strategy:
- Support in translating global brand strategies and plans into effective and relevant communication messages with sales/after sales and European requirements in consideration.
- Implement and execute an integrated European sales/aftersales social media strategy and plan.
- Advise and coordinate with main stakeholders (distributors/agencies/MMC) to align the strategic direction.
Responsible for developing brand consistent marketing communication, creating awareness and improve perception of Mitsubishi Motors products and services:
- Create MarCom materials such as brochures, (digital) content and other assets to improve customer awareness and product/service perception. Focus on online/digital, including Social Media.
- Track distributor activities and secure appropriate Mitsubishi Motors representation and content is present on websites (and online/SNS).
- Prepare periodical centralised communication targeted to distributors.
- Work with key stakeholders (MME/distributors/MMC) in developing aligned and consistent marketing communication assets between NCS/ASM across all platforms.
- Administer and maintain asset databases and platforms managed by marketing.
- Act as advisor to distributors with regards to marketing communication, including best practice learning/sharing.
- Conduct market and marketing research on ad-hoc basis.
- Manage projects under his/her responsibility within budget.
- Support organisation of internal/external events.
Set KPIs for marketing with regular reporting and follow up. Identifying and share best practices:
- Propose and track KPIs for marketing related indicators, with strong focus on digital.
- Monitor, report and advice on improvement opportunities together with sharing key learning and best practices (distributors/MME/MMC).
