You will be responsible for an effective, qualitative and correct advice towards management and employees of our Warehouse, in line with HR policies, processes and legislation:
- Monitors and controls all HR related KPI´s (sick leave rate, in/outflow, Performance Management Cycle) in line with legislation and policies, within the assigned departments.
- You will advise and support employees and management in training courses to be followed with the aim of developing knowledge and expertise.
- Responsible for setting up recruitment and executing selection of new staff for the assigned departments, including negotiation of salary and benefits with potential new staff.
- Advises management & staff on workability, employability, mobility and labour conditions.
- Advises and guides assigned department management in complex (labour law related) Human Resources issues related to performance, conflicts, dismissal, sick leave and restructuring/replacements.
- Support the assigned department management in creating an optimal work environment based on continuous improvement and customer focus.
You take initiative regarding setup of HR related projects, based upon legal and HR related developments or MMC (HQ Japan) global HR Projects:
- Determine project group composition/members.
- Obtain external advice if necessary and extract relevant information for the project.
- Setup project planning for the assigned HR projects.
- Report project progress and result to MME/MMSN Management.
You have a pro-active approach on an effective health management in order to prevent sick leave and long term disability:
- Ensure pro-active health management, via policy & processes, awareness, training and ergonomic adjustments, mainly for area of responsibility.
- Application owner sick leave management system.
- Window person towards all third parties involved in MME health management processes.
- Coach employees and managers on health and sick leave.
You will update HR policies and processes in accordance with department management and in line with actual legislation and HR developments:
- Monitor legal developments which could affect MME HR policies and processes.
- Advise HR management on setup and adjustment of all applicable HR policies and processes.
- Setup initial policy descriptions.
- Takes initiative and provides professional input for improvement of policies and processes.
- Support with providing correct personnel mutation documents to salary administration.
