Develop and roll out Technical Training
- Define, manage and roll out effective Technical training programs for the European Distributor network (existing and new models and technologies).
- Monitor latest industry training techniques in the technical area, report MME Technical training programs roll out, develop action plans and counter-measures to ensure optimum deployment.
- Propose, develop and roll out specific learning journey practices to improve and support the achievement of business goals => quality of technical services to customer => retention => turnover and profit.
- Analysis of Technical programs & performance indicators, propose corrections, action plans, best practice sharing, etc.
- Facilitate and lead internal and external meetings related to Technical training, in line with MME and/or MMC strategy (new vehicle launch, technician contest, tools/diagnostic introduction).
- Manage technical training events (existing model line-up, new products) and deliver efficient and on-time pan-European Train-the-Trainer sessions (F2F, virtual, on-demand).
- Leverage and harmonise technical training with internal, external, MMC global, Alliance and regional resources and assets in an optimized manner, with focus on digital/ distance learning.
- Identify, collate and communicate technical training asset requirements for pooled approach (“Asset Pool”) to asset development base materials for other areas (Product, PR, Marketing etc).
- Manage required equipment for onsite technical training (test vehicles, special tools and other) from order to maintenance to disposal.
- On request, act as consultant for technical-related matters internal/external.
Manage and roll out to European Distributors (NCS/ AS markets) the programs in relation to special tools
- Manage and deploy the Special Tool Program in relation to the European network.
- Coordinate and keep up-to-date the inventory of mandatory special tools for vehicles (MMC tools, OEM tools).
- Prepare and roll out specific policies to ensure the markets purchase, stock and deliver the special tools (MUT III, CLIP, ADT, etc).
- Analyse the programs & performance indicators, propose corrections, improvement action plans and support MMC SST program for Europe.
- Manage and deploy specific technical training programs to support the ordering and availability of special tools (MMC/OEM sourced or local production via MME supplier).
- Coordinate and intermediate between Distributors and supplier on requirements and production in relation to demand.
- Evaluate and support the queries from the network with regards to the scope, availability and usage of special tools, in coordination with MME Quality & Engineering and commercial teams.
- Coordinate and monitor network special tools cost and ensure Distributor charge-back models (i.e. manufacturer fees to Distributors/Dealers, software updates).

Network Development Operations Support
- Act as key interface between HQ and Distributors, consult with GHQ to communicate needs, ensure distributors have sufficient information and tools to deploy in the market.
- Analyse market demand on technical capabilities and future needs with regards to new technologies (eg EV, CCS2).
- Ensure effective two-way communication of the programs and tools with key markets.
- Manage Technical training suppliers and budget execution.
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders, to maximise brand look and feel, synergies and training platforms.
- Manage suppliers (certified, recommended, RFP/RFQ selection, Training Center) and manage the product & non-technical training budget.
- Support and train network where required on product compliancy (e.g. cyber security UN-R155 (vehicle & Diagnostics), UN-R156 (software), Battery and End of life regulation, future regulations, etc.).
- Develop materials and actively support pan-European MME events when required.
