Ensure consistent and coherent brand presence on digital channels in the European region through monitoring, consulting and pro-actively developing digital marketing initiatives:
- Develop and implement digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness across all online channels.
- Advise management on relevant digital marketing trends and insights.
- Liaison for distributors on all digital marketing related activities.
- Act as consultant to MMC and advice of European priorities with regard to digital marketing.
- Work with digital agencies to raise level of digital marketing activities in the region – facilitate and optimise development of digital marketing and social media activities.
- Manage creation of digital launch materials and regional assets: plan, briefing, production and release – maximise usage.
Development of relevant content based on the regional plan and users' needs:
- Develop, execute, and manage content plan to increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty.
- Create, adjust, and manage the content calendar.
- Develop engaging content that is consistent with the brand plan and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
- Manage creation of social media assets for region: plan, briefing, production and release – maximise usage.
- Perform content audits to assess usage and performance of existing content.
- Perform gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
- Manage and challenge agencies.
Manage regional development and deployment of digital platforms, including website and digital asset management systems:
- Lead the development and rollout of the (regional) web platform.
- Manage and maintain the web platform (interface distributors/agencies), recommend improvement/development.
- Launch of new models on web platform – landing page creation, asset development, SEO and UX.
- Maximise usage and effectiveness of digital asset management platforms.
- Closely communicate with Manager PR & Communications to ensure alignment and consistency across digital platforms/various audiences.
Analysis and optimization of digital marketing and PR activities through performance tracking, KPI setting and actionable insights:
- Track and analyse the performance of online marketing activities, providing distributors with actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Set up KPIs and performance benchmarks for digital marketing activities to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement across the region.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Use media monitoring to integrate PR insights with online marketing performance data, providing a comprehensive view of overall brand presence and impact.
